Look for the Red Polos!
Orientation Leaders (OL’s) are actively involved in assisting new students with the transitions to BSU and play an integral role in the success of the Orientation Program. They are recognized leaders on campus, serving as group facilitators, key contacts with campus resources, peer academic advisors, educators and positive role models.

Orientation Leaders participate in an extensive training program. They are trained and knowledgeable about the institution, course selection and academic advising process, group dynamics and issues students face in making transitions to college.

Experience On-Campus Living First Hand!
During Orientation you will be spending the evening in the Shea and Durgin Halls, giving you the chance to get to know your new classmates a bit more and to see what it would be like to live in a traditional first year residence hall at Bridgewater. All students will be staying with a same-gender roomate for the evening based on residential status (i.e residents will stay with residents, commuters will stay with commuters), and each room comes with a Twin XL bed, desk, and wardrobe for each student.
